Post Malone spilled the beans.

When announcing his 2025 ‘Big Ass Stadium Tour’ with Jelly Roll via Instagram, the crossover country star included two Indio, CA show dates on his itinerary, which prompted speculation that he was headlining next year’s Coachella Arts and Music Festival.

Now, just one day after the whoopsie, the annual, two-week extravaganza confirmed the “Sunflower” singer will perform next year along with Lady Gaga, Green Day and Travis Scott at Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA on April 11-13 and April 18-20.

Each of the household name artists has a bit of unique history with the festival.

Lady Gaga took Beyoncé’s headlining slot in 2017 following Queen Bey’s pregnancy announcement. Post Malone made a handful of guest appearances in the past — and played a set at the Sahara Tent in 2018 — but 2025 will be his first official Coachella headlining stint.

Rock Hall of Fame inductees Green Day have yet to play Coachella but Billie Joe Armstrong did take the stage with The Replacements in 2014. Travis Scott performed in Indio in 2017 and was scheduled to headline in 2020 but the festival was canceled due to the novel coronavirus . To make up for the slightest, he was slotted in as headliner in 2022 but organizers removed him from the lineup due to his fatal 2021 Astroworld Festival where ten people died.

Additional headliners will be announced at a later date which makes sense; In previous years, Coachella unveiled their lineup in mid-January.

As for this year, fans can purchase tickets for both Coachella 2025 weekends on sites like Vivid Seats.
