Job Description

Reporting to the Product Operations Director, you will be an important member of an agile team, responsible for understanding the scope being developed and working across Product Managers and Technology to define and manage a plan of execution.

What you’ll do:

  • You will track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals of strategic programs.
  • Coordinate to make sure that the teams are on track with project requirements, development work, go-to-market activities.
  • Gain domain expertise in the assigned programs, being able to identify potential project gaps, and facilitate the removal of roadblocks.
  • Use lean Agile methodologies to facilitate Agile ceremonies and improve adoption of Agile techniques.
  • Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the expected standards.
  • Prepare status reports by summarizing relevant information.
  • Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts and budget.
  • Improve processes and approaches; provide training and support for new processes.

Qualifications

Your background:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a product, program, or project management role
  • Experience in agile methodology and best practices.
  • Have proficiency with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Tableau.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Experience in MarTech and AdTech ecosystem (Consumer Data, Identity, Analytics and Measurement, Advanced TV, Brands, Agency, Publisher) related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel.
