Ceccon took medals in his first two races (winning gold in the men’s 100m backstroke and bronze in the men’s 4x100m freestyle relay), but failed to qualify for the final in the men’s 200m backstroke.

After his brutal defeat, Ceccon expressed his frustration to the press… claiming there is no air conditioning, the food is inadequate, etc. – all complaints that Olympic fans have heard. from other athletes this summer.

But many athletes are suffering under the conditions… while Ceccon appears to be choosing greener pastures for a nap.

By the way… this photo was posted on Saturday and Ceccon ended up missing the final in another relay event with the Italian team on the same day, so I’m not sure how much the nap actually helped.
