Todd Chrisley’s speech at the Republican National Convention with his beloved daughter Savannah, seen from prison

Todd Chrisley He is praising his daughter, Sheetfor her speech at the Republican National Convention, which he watched from prison and which he thinks she did an excellent job of.

The reality TV star’s defense attorney, Jay Surgenttells TMZ … Todd tuned in from FPC Pensacola in Florida and was quite impressed by his daughter’s appearance at the convention … where she took the podium as one of many guest speakers.

We’re told Todd believes Savannah was well-spoken and focused, not only speaking about her incarcerated parents but also advocating against the way our criminal justice system currently operates, particularly at the federal level.

Remember… Todd and his wife, Juliaare Serving sentence for bank fraud, tax evasion… and in her speech, Savannah criticized the prosecutors who handled her parents’ federal case in Georgia, suggesting that politics played a role in their convictions and claiming that an Obama-appointed judge called her family “the Trumps of the South.”

Todd’s attorney says Savannah likes the Republican platform for 2024 and believes justice will be more fairly administered under a Republican administration through the Justice Department. Considering Donald Trump is the nominee, that presumably means she supports his platform.

For his part… we’re told Todd agrees with Savannah and he, too, likes the Republican platform on criminal justice reform.

Worth noting… Todd and Julie were charged by a federal grand jury in Atlanta in 2019, when Donald Trump He was president, so I guess you have to take that for granted.

Federal prosecutors said the Chrisleys defrauded banks by obtaining millions of dollars in loans and alleged they cheated the government by actively evading federal income taxes over several years.

The “Chrisley Knows Best” stars claimed that the alleged financial crimes were actually committed by a former employee without their knowledge… and Todd claimed that person was stealing money from the family. In the end, however, A jury didn’t believe it –and they locked them up.
