New view of Trump rally shooting shows how close the shooter was to the stage

Shocking new video filmed by one of the victims in the Donald Trump Rally shooting shows how close it is Thomas Matthew Crooks was for Trump… and it’s incredible that the Secret Service didn’t detect it.

The footage, obtained by Fox News and filmed from the stands behind Trump, shows Crooks moving quickly across the roof of the American Glass Research Building, disappearing and then reappearing — minutes before firing eight shots.

It’s the first video to show Crooks and Trump in the same frame — and this new viewpoint illustrates just how close the rooftop was to where Trump stood on stage.

This video was reportedly recorded at 6:08 p.m., 3 minutes before Crooks… opened fire Carrying his AR-15-style rifle, Trump is seen speaking at the podium, with the large crowd and building in the background, and Crooks walking along the top of the building.

How is it possible that law enforcement did not notice the criminals and did not take action to protect Trump?

James Copenhaver filmed the video and he is One of the two victims who were shot and seriously injured during Trump’s July 13 campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Thieves He punched Trump in the ear with one shot, but fired the rest of his shots into the crowd… killing Corey Comparator and wounding Copenhaver and David Dutch.

Other videos from rally attendees show Crooks hanging along the base from the building during the demonstration… and the FBI says that flew a drone on the farm grounds earlier in the day, before police designated him a “suspicious person.”

Remember… the video shows Crooks climbing onto the roof at 6:06 p.m. and was then seen by police and bystanders two minutes later when this new video was filmed.

The FBI says a trooper was hoisted onto the roof at 6:11 PM… Crooks confronted him with a rifle and the trooper got to the ground and radioed that Crooks was carrying a “long gun.”

Incredibly, the Secret Service still allowed Trump to continue speaking…and Crooks was able to fire 8 rounds.
