Dallas braces for early puck drop

The Dallas Stars have quickly made themselves at home in Finland for this week’s NHL Global Series.

With players like Miro Heiskanen, Esa Lindell and Roope Hintz back in their home country, the Stars wasted no time getting acquainted with their surroundings. Now it’s time for the action to begin at Nokia Arena in Tampere, Finland.

Dallas will take on the defending Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers in back-to-back matchups Friday and Saturday. Like the Stars, Florida goes into the games with strong roster ties to Finland.
