Tractor trailer rolls over on I-79 in Monongalia County

MORGANTOWN, W.Va (WDTV) – A tractor trailer rolled over on I-79 in Monongalia County Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred at approximately 3 pm in the northbound lanes near the Goshen Road exit at mile marker 146, according to Monongalia County 911 officials.

The slow lane is still closed as of 4:15 pm

No other vehicles were involved in the accident, and there is no word on any injuries at this time.

West Virginia State Police are investigating the accident.
