Tractor trailer accident closes Route 38 in Tucker County

ST. GEORGE, W.Va (WDTV) – A tractor trailer accident has closed Route 38 in both directions in Tucker County Friday afternoon.

The accident occurred around 1 pm near the intersection of Charlie Moore Road, according to Tucker County 911 officials.

A tractor trailer jackknifed and went into a ditch, and the road has been shut down for more than 90 minutes. There is no word at this time when the road will re-open.

No injuries were reported in the accident, officials said.
