Badgers news: Tip-off time, channel, and odds vs. UCF

Fresh off a narrow 87-84 victory over the UT Rio Grande Valley Vaqueros, the No. 19 Wisconsin Badgers are set to kick off their in-season tournament on Friday when they face the UCF Knights to open the Greenbrier Tip-Off.

Wisconsin has started the season 5-0, but they faced a scare earlier this week against a sneaky UT Rio Grande Valley team that has played competitively against a number of high-major schools to begin the year.

That followed a strong performance from Wisconsin, as they upset the then-No. 9 Arizona Wildcats 103-88 at the Kohl Center in one of their biggest victories in recent memory last Friday.

Looking at their opponent, the Knights have started off 4-0, beating the No. 13 Texas A&M Aggies 64-61 in the season opener, while putting up 100 points on the FAU Owls in another victory.

UCF has a vastly different roster in 2024-25, as only two of the 10 players who have seen minutes this season were on the team last year.
