Hunter Biden slapped with new charges… from his family?!

New documents from a Biden-friendly source have brought the Biden family into even greater light.

The Biden administration’s handpicked prosecutor has charged Hunter Biden with taking a million dollars to seek influence for a corrupt Romanian oligarch—and apparently lying about the entire thing to save his dad’s political career.

In new court filings, Special Counsel David Weiss said Hunter Biden and two associates took money in order “to attempt to influence US government agencies”—but he made the arrangement look like a regular business to make sure there were no “political ramifications” for his dad, then-Vice President Joe Biden.

In 2016, Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu was convicted of bribery. Rather than change his ways, Popoviciu contacted Hunter Biden, in hopes he could convince Barack Obama’s vice president, Joe Biden, to pressure the Romanian government to overturn the verdict.

Hunter Biden and his business associates—Rob Walker and James Gilliar—were only too happy to agree…for a price.

Popoviciu sent Rob Walker’s firm more than $3 million in just 18 months. Each one of the Amerian business leaders (Walker, Biden, and Gilliar) pocketed one-third of the revenue.

That means Hunter Biden got just over $1 million to lobby his dad, who was sitting vice president and now president of the United States.

All in all, Popoviciu wired $3.1 million to the firm, and Hunter pocketed a cool million, according to court documents.

Those records also show that Hunter’s not the only member of the Biden family who benefited from the Romanian windfall. Hunter’s then girlfriend, his brother’s widow Hallie Biden, got $10,000 from Romania by way of Walker in February 2017.

The entire Biden clan is deep in the web of foreign corruption—and it could bring legal jeopardy.

Since he didn’t want to give his father political headaches, Hunter Biden made the entire business look unrelated to politics. He said the whole deal revolved around real estate management—something Hunter Biden probably knows as much about as he does Ukrainian energy.

Either way, Weiss says he’s not bringing that issue up in court on September 9, when Hunter goes on trial for failing to report more than $1 million in tax revenue.

Weiss worked out a sweetheart pardon deal that would have saved Hunter from any jail time over alleged influence-peddling, as well as a federal gun charge; it would have also prevented prosecutors from ever bringing the charges back up.

That fell through…but after Joe Biden dropped out of the race, Weiss suddenly decides to let a possible FARA violation slide.
